NOTIFICATION पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 16 फरवरी , 2001
New Delhi , the 16th February, 2001
G.S.R. 100( E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub- section ( 6) of Section 3 of theMajor Port Trusts Act, 1963 ( 38 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby appoints Director, Ports ( Operations ) , Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Chennai vice Development Adviser (Ports ) as a Trustee and makes the following amendment in the notification of theGovernment of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 279(E) dated 31-3-2000 .
सा.का.नि. 100 ( अ).-केन्द्र सरकार महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद् द्वारा पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय के निदेशक ( पत्तन प्रचालन ) को चैन्नई पत्तन के न्यामी मण्डल में विकास सलाहकार ( पत्तन ) के स्थान पर न्यामी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल- भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 31-3-2000 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. संख्या 279 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2 In the said notification against the Serial No 7 for the words " Development Adviser (Ports ) , Ministry of Surface Transport " , the words " Director, Ports (Operations) , Ministry of Shipping " shall be substituted.
( 2) उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 7 के सामने " विकास मलाहकार ( पत्तन ) , जल- भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय " शब्दों के स्थान पर " निदेशक ( पत्तन प्रचालन ) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेगे ।
