का. आ. 148 (अ) .-बीमा विनियामक और विकास पाभिकरण अधिनियम, 1999 ( 1999 का 41 ) की धारा 24 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( ङ) के साथ पठित धारा 20 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करत हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्दद्वारा भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना मंख्या का. आ. 570 ( अ) दिनांक 12-6-2000 तथा प्रकाशित 14-6-2000 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , नियम 1 में उपनियम ( 1 ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित रखा जायेगा , अर्थात्-
" ( 2 ) यह उनके राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त हाग।" ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th February, 2001
S.O. 148 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 read with clause ( c ) of Sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 24 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India No. S.O. 570 (E) dated 12-6-2000 and published on 14-6-2000 namely :-
In the said notification , in rule 1 , after sub - rule ( 1 ) . the following shall be inserted, namely
"( 2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication. ".
