In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4(i) of the Memorandum of Association,and Rules and Regulations of North Central Zone Cultural Centre, Allahabad registered under Societies Act (XXI of 1860)the Central Government hereby nominates with immediate effect Shri Vishnu Kant Shastri, Governor of Uttar Pradesh to discharge the functions of Chairman of the North Central Zone Cultural Centre, Allahabad.
