Subject :-Anti - dumping investigations concerning imports of Potassium Permanganate from China, Hong Kong and Tiwan-Preliminary Findings .
निष्कर्ष
सं.46/1/2000-डीजीएडी. वर्ष 1995 में यथा संशोधित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1975 और सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ (पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण और क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम, 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए, निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी अधिसूचना सं.46/1/2000- डीजीएडी, दिनांक 30 दिसम्बर, 2000 द्वारा अधिसूचित प्रारंभिक निष्कर्षों में निम्नलिखित स्पष्टीकरण देते हैं ।
No. 46/1/2000-DGAD .-The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff ( Identification , Assessment and Collection ofAnti - Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Deternination of Injury) Rules, 1995, hereby makes the following clarification in the Preliminary Findings notified vide notification No. 46/ 1 /2000 -DGAD dated 30th December, 2000 .
Para6 under Para E of the Preliminary Findings shall read as follows :
प्रारंभिक निष्कर्षों के पैरा ङके अंतर्गत पैरा 6 को निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा :
" वर्तमान आंच में विचाराधीन उत्पाद पोटेशियम परमैंगनेट है जो कि एक अकार्बनिक रसायन है । पोटेशियम परर्मैगनेट एक गहरा जामुनी खेदार सामग्री है । यह मैंगनीज पोटेशियम और आक्सीजन का मिश्रण है । यह उत्पाद गंधहीन और पानी में घुलनशील है । याचिकाकर्त्ता की सूचना के अनुसार पोटेशियम परर्मैगनेट का कोई व्यवहार्य प्रतिस्थापन नहीं है । पोटेशियम परमैंगनेट का रासायनिक सूत्र KMnO,. है ।"

"The product under consideration in the present investigation is Potassium Permanganate which is an inroganic chemical . Potassium Permanganate is a dark purple crystalline material . It is a compound of manganese, potassium and oxygen . The product is odourless and soluble in water. There is no viable substitute for Potassium Permanganate as per the information of the petitioner . The chemical formula of Potassium Permanganate is KMnO,. " L. V.
