NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2001 S. 0.156 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Art, 1985 (2 of 1986), read with rule 3 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce bearing S,O. No. 288(E) dated 26th April, 1999, namely :—
1. In the said notification, for serial number 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"6. Shri Sukhdev Singh Libra, Member Member of Parliament, He shall hold Rajya Sabha, office for two C-503, Swarna Jayanti years or till he Sadan, holds office Dr. B.D. Marg, of Member of New Delhi-110 001. Parliament [Elected under clause whichever is (d) of sub-section (4) earlier." of section 4]
