In exercise of powers conferred by Scction30of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976)the Board of Directors of Magadh Gramin Bank (Name of the Bank) after consultation with the Punjab National Bank (Sponsor Bank) being the Sponsor Bank and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations
