In exercise of the power conferred by Sections 49 and 50 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1.3 (38 of 1963), the Tariff Authority lor Major Ports hereby approed the proposal of the Tuticorin Port Trust to revise the special rate for dredcing payable by the vessels calling at the container terminal for a period of six months, as in the Order appended hereto.
