New Delhi, the 27th February, 2001
G.S.R. lll(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Director (Port Development), Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mormugao Vice Director (Labour) as a trustee and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G S R No 281(E) dated 31-3-2000 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA . NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th February, 2001
G.S.R. 112 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Director (Development), Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees for trie Port of Visakhapatnam lire Director (Port Traffic) as a trustee and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G S.R. No. 283(E) dated 31-3-2000.
2. In the said notification against the serial No. 7 for the words "Director (Port Traffic), Ministry of Surface Transport", the words "Director (Development), Ministry of Shipping" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 113 (E).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Deputy Secretary (SD), Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees for the Poi t of Cochin Vice Director (Design) as a trustee and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 280(E) dated 31-3-2000.
2. In the said notification against the serial No 7 for the words'' Director (Design), Ministry of Surface Transport"', the words "Deputy Secretary (SD), Ministry of Shipping" shall be substituted.
