का. आ. 178( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन और उत्पादन ) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट , दामोदर घाटी निगम के माझिया थर्मल पावर स्टेशन के स्थापनों और माझिया थर्मल पावर स्टेशन के आवासीय कालोनी क्षेत्र में स्थित उसके कार्यालयों में, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से विनिर्दिष्ट कार्य या कार्यों में ठेका श्रम का नियोजन प्रतिषिद्ध करती है ।
अनुसूची
( 1 ) पम्प और मोटरों का प्रचालन और अनुरक्षण जिसके अन्तर्गत जल प्रदाय लाइनों और वाल्व का प्रचालन भी है, और
(2) पम्प गृहों में भूमि के अंदर स्थित हौदियों की सफाई । [फा. सं. एम -15030 / 15 / 2000 - एलयू ]

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th February, 2001
S.O. 178 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 10 of the Contract Labour (regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970 ), the central Government, after consultation with the central Advisory Contract Labour Board , hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the jobs or works , specified in the Schedule annexed hereto , in the establishments of Majia Thermal Power Station of Damodar Valley Corporation and its offices situated in residential colony area at Majia Thermal Power Station, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
SCHEDULE
(1) Operation and maintenance of pumps and motors inlcuding operation of valves on water supply lines, and
(2) Cleaning of underground sumps in pump houses.
