In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884) the Central Government hereby exempts the Enron Oil and Gas India Limited, 1 st Floor, Midas, Sahar Plaza, Kondivita, M. V. Road, Andheri (East) Mumbai-400059, from the provisions of sub-rule (2) of rule 31 of the Explosives Rules, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) for import of the following explosives from the SRC Technology Center,Schlumbergcr Technology Corporation
