In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884) the Central Government hereby exempts the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, Priyadarshini, Eastern Express Highway, Sion, Mumbai-400 022, from the provisions of sub-rule (2) of rule 31 of the Explosives Rules, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the said rales)
