New Delhi , the 1st March, 2001 का. आ. 186 ( अ ).-केन्द्र सरकार, केशष कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज लि० , दिल्ली द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए अग्रिम संविदा विनियमन अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुंबई के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को 1-3-2001 से 28-2-2003 तक ( जिसमें ये दोनों दिन भी शामिल हैं ) , 2 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए आलू में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
S.O. 186 ( E ) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, Mumbai the application for grant of recog- nition, made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952 ), by the Keshav Com- modity Exchange Ltd. , Delhi and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do , hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Exchange for a period of two years from 1st March, 2001 to 28th February, 2003 (both days inclusive ) in respect of forward contracts in Potatoes .
2. एतद्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगा ।
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the For- ward Markets Commission .
