का. आ. 189( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श के पश्चात्, मैसर्स हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम निगम, द्रवीकृत पेट्रोलियम गैस संयंत्र, व्हाइट फील्ड मार्ग , महादेवपुर पोस्ट, बंगलौर -560022 के स्थापनों में सिलेण्डरों को पंक्तिमें लगाने, अधिक या कम भरे सिलेण्डरों को हटाने, दोषयुक्त सिलेण्डरों के हस्तांतरण और द्रवीकृत पेट्रोलियम गैस को सिलेण्डरों में भरने की प्रक्रिया में सिलेण्डरों की उठाई धराई से संबंधित किसी अन्य कार्य में, ठेका श्रम के नियोजन को प्रतिषिद्ध करती है ।
S.O. 189( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 10 of the Contract Labour ( Regulation and Abolition) Act , 1970 (37 of 1970 ) , the Central Government, after consulta- tion with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board, hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the job or work of stacking of cylinders , removing of excess or under filled cylinders , transfer of defective cylinders and any other related work in cylinder handling in the process of bottling of liquefied petroleum gas in the establishınent of M/s . Hindustan Petroleum Corporation , Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant, White Field Road, Mahadevpura Post, Bangalore-560022.
