In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act 1963 (38 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby approves the proposal of the Kandla Port Trust for fixation of hire charges of newly acquired crafts and amends the Scale of State of the Kandla Port Trust, as in the Order appended hereto
