का. आ. 193( अ ) भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1984 ( 1984 का 52 ) के खंड -3 के उपखंड ( 1 ) , ( 3 ) तथा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( पशुपालन एवं डेयरी विभाग ) की संख्या का.आ. 1225 ( ई ) दिनांक 9 दिसम्बर, 1999 की अधिसूचना में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए सिवाय उन बातों के जो ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले की गई है या करने के लिए लोप की गई है , केन्द्र सरकार, डा. मणि मोहन, डीन, षप्राचार्य, बिहार पशुचिकित्सा महाविद्यालय , पटना को उक्त अधिनियम के खंड-3 के उपखंड (3 ) की धारा ( ख ) के अंतर्गत भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् के सदस्य के रूप में डा. मणि कान्त सिंह के शेष कार्य-काल के लिए नामित करती है, जो उक्त अधिनियम के खंड -6 के उप खंड ( 1 ) की धारा ( ख ) के अनुसार डीन , सह प्राचार्य, बिहार पशुचिकित्सा महाविद्यालय , पटना, के रूप में भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् के सदस्य नहीं रहे ।

New Delhi , the 2nd March , 2001
S.O. 193 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) , (3 ) and ( 6) of Section 3 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984) and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying) number S.O. 1225 (E) , dated, the 9th December , 1999 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Mani Mohan , Dean cum Principal , Bihar Veterinary College , Patna as a member of the Veterinary Council of India under clause (b) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 3 of the said Act , for the remainder ofthe term ofDr. Mani Kant Singh who ceases to be a member of the Veterinary Council of India as Dean cum Principal , Bihar Veterinary College, Patna as per clause (b) of sub - section (1) of section 6 of the said Act ."
