का.आ. 199( अ). दिनांक 8-8-2000 , 16-10-2000 , 5-12-2000 तथा 21-12-2000 को जारी इस मंत्रालय की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना में आंशिक आशोधन करते हुए, एयर मार्शल पी. राजकुमार, कार्यक्रम निदेशक ( टेस्ट फ्लाइट ) , वैमानिकी विकास एजेंसी, बेंगलूर की अध्यक्षता में एयरलाइन एलाइड सर्विसेज लि. को कलकत्ता- पटना-लखनऊ-दिल्ली सैक्टर में उड़ान भरते समय सी. डी. 7412 बोइंग 737-200 विमान वी टी- ई. जी. डी. दिनांक 17-7-2000 को दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होने की जाँच के सिलसिले में न्यायिक जाँच की अवधि बढ़ाकर 31 मार्च , 2001 कर दीगई है ।

S. O. 199 (E) . In partial modification of this Ministry's Notifications of even number dated 8-8-2000, 16-10-2000 and 5-12-2000 and 21-12-2000 , the period of the Court of Inquiry headed by Air Marshal P Rajkumar, Programme Director ('TestFlight ) , Aeronautical Development Agency, Bangalore , inquiring into the accident to Airline Allied Services Ltd. Boeing 737-200 aircraft VT -EGD while operating flight CD- 7412 on Calcutta- Patna -Lucknow - Delhi sector on 17-7-2000 , is extended upto March 31 , 2001 .
