New Delhi, the 7th March, 2001
S.O.201(E).— in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 (E), dated the September 4, 1997, and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals) number 99 (E) dated 15th February 1995, in so far as it relates to Potassium Penicillin G First Crystal, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof shall be sold.

S.O.202(E).— In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry,of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 (E), dated the September 4, 1997, and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals) number 780 (E) dated 13th September 1995, in so far as it relates to Sodium Penicillin G, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof shall be sold.
