का. आ. 213 ( अ ). - भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियम, 1975 के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्रीय सरकार उपर्युक्त नियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए एतद्द्वारा अधोलिखित तालिका के कालम 3 के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित अधिकारी को तालिका के कालम संख्या 2 में निर्दिष्ट तत्संबंधित राज्य केलिए चुनाव अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( d) of the rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election ) Rules , 1975, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3 ) of the Table annexed hereto , tobe the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said rules in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column( 2 ) of the said Table .
