का. आ. 216( अ ) जबकि न्यूनतम अधिनियम, 1948 की अनुसूची में सुरक्षा सेवाओं के नियोजन से संबंधित परिवर्धन को प्रस्तावित करते हुए एक प्रारंभिक राजपत्र अधिसूचना4-10-2000 को जारी की गईथी।
और जबकि प्रारंभिक अधिसूचना में आपत्तियों और सुझावों के अधिसूचना प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से तीन माह के अन्तर्गत प्रस्तुत करने के लिए कहा गया था ।
और जबकि उक्त तीन माह की निर्धारित समय सीमा समाप्त हो चुकी है और सुझावों/आपत्तियों पर श्रम मंत्रालय द्वारा विचार किया गया है । अब , अतः न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम , 1948 की धारा 27 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, इस अधिसूचना के माध्यम से, न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948 की अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित नियोजन को केन्द्रीय क्षेत्र में जोड़े जाने की घोषणा करती है:-
" सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के सभी उद्यमों में निजी सुरक्षा सेवाओं के माध्यम सेअथवा सीधे नियोजक द्वारा पहरा निगरानी कर्मचारियों का नियोजन। " [फा. सं. एस-32018 ( 3 )/98 - मजदूरी प्रकोष्ठ (न्यूनतम मजदूरी ) ]

MINISTRY OF LABOUR NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th March , 2001
S. O. 216 (E) . Where a preliminary Gazette Notifi- cation proposing addition of employment in Security Ser- vices in the schedule of the Minium Wages Act , 1948 was issued on 4-10-2000 .
And, whereas in the said preliminary notification , objections and suggestions were sought within three months from the date of publication of the notification .
And, whereas the stipulated period of three months has expired and the suggestion/objections have been con- sidered in the Ministry of Labour .
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 27 of the Minimum Wages Act , 1948 , the Central Government through this Notification, declare ad- dition of the following employment in the schedule of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 , in the Central Sphere:-
"Employment of Watch and Ward through Private Security Services or directly by the employer in all Public Sector Enterprises. "
