New Delhi, the 5th March, 2001

No. HOii-i/2000-O.L.U.— In partial modification of this Department's resolution of even number dated 9.10.2000, the following amendments are carried out > 1. After Department of Elementary Education and Literacy "Department of Women and Child Development" may be added.

Composition

2. "Minister of State for Human Resource Development - Vice Chairman" has been replaced by "Minister of State for Human Resource Development (Women and Child Development)- Vice Chairman" .

Nominated Members bv the Department of Official Language:

3. At original SI.No. 7 uDr. Shantarambhau Shripad Suthanker" may be read as "Dr. Shantarambhau Shripad Sunthanker".

OFFICIAL MEMBERS (Ex-Officio)

4. After original Sl.No. "17" "Secretary, Deptt. of Women and Child Development may be added as SI. No. 18"; original Sl.No. "18 to 20" may be read as SI.No."19 to 21"; At Sl.No.22 "Joint Secretary (Hindi) Women and Child Development" may be added; at original Sl.No.21 "Joint Educational Adviser, (Languages)" may be replaced as Joint Secretary (Languages) as Sl.No.23; original Slu^os. "21 to 31" may be read as Sl.No."23 to 33"; after original Sl.No.31 "Chairman, Central Social Welfare Board, New Delhi", may be added as "Sl.No.34"; at Sl.No. 35, "Chairman, Rashtriya Mahila Ayog, New Delhi'1 may be added; and original Sl.No. "32" may be read as SI. No."36".

Functions of the Sainiti

After Department of Elementary Education and Literacy "Department of Women and Child Development" may be added.

Other terms and conditions mentioned in the resolution will remain the same.
