In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 48 and 49 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby disposes of the representation submitted by the Mumbai Ship to Shore Launch Owners Association relating to payment of licence fee for water conveyance payable at the Mumbai Port Trust, as in the Order appended hereto
