Whereas it has become necessity to authorise one of the Members of the National Environment Appellate Authority to discharge the functions of the Chairperson, Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 6 read with section 13 of the National Environment Appellate Authority Act, 1997 (22 of 1997) the Central Government hereby authorises Shri Mohinder Singh, Member of the National Environment
