सा.का.नि. 196( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( विनियमन ) आदेश , 1998 के खंड 2 के उपखंड ( घ ) के अनुसरण में, और उक्त आदेश के अधीन जारी की गई अधिसूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 761 ( अ ) तारीख 22 दिसम्बर, 1998 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय के वनस्पति, वनस्पति तेल और वसा निदेशालय के मुख्य निदेशक डॉ. आर.ए. खान को, अगला आदेश होने तक उक्त आदेश के अधीन आयुक्त की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद आयुक्त नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th March , 2001
G.S.R. 196 (E) .- In pursuance of sub -clause ( d) of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products (Regulation) Order, 1998 and in supcrsession of the Notification number G.S.R. 761 ( E) dated the 22nd December, 1998 issued under the said Order, the Central Government hereby appoints until further orders , Dr RA . Khan , Chief Director , Directorate of Vanaspati , Vegetable Oil and Fats in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution , as the Vegetable Oil Products Commissioner , to exercise the powers of the Commissioner under the said Order.
