सा. का. नि. 837( अ ) .-केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 8 की उपधारा ( 1 ) ( π) और ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा श्री अशोक धवन, न्यासी को मुम्बई पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी मंडल से हटाती है । इसके अतिरिक्तकेन्द्र सरकार, इस अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा मुम्बई पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी मंडल में श्री अशोक धवन के स्थान पर श्री विजय कुमार गर्ग को 31-3-2002 तक न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सा.का.मि. सं. 731 ( अ) दिनांक 18-9-2000 द्वारा यथा संशोधित भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि सं . 277 ( अ ) दिनांक 31-3-2000 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
G.S.R. 837 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) ( c) and ( d) of Section 8 of Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby removes Shri Ashok Dhawan, Trustee from theBoard of Trustees of Mumbai Port Trust. Further, in exercise ofpowers conferred by Sub-section ( 6) ofSection 3 thereof, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri VijayKumarGarg in place of Shri Ashok Dhawan as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of Mumbai Port Trust upto 31-3-2002 and makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 277 (E) dated 31-3-2000 as amended vide Notification ofthe Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 731 (E) dated 18-9-2000.
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 21 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टिको निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए अर्थात्:-
