का. आ. 1133( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, बीज अधिनियम, 1966 ( 1966 का 54 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय बीज समिति से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् मीचे सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में निर्दिष्ट संख्या वाली भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय की अधिसूचनाओं का , सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित बीजों की किस्मों का तत्संबंधी अधिसूचना से लोप करके उनका संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 15th November , 2001
S.O. 1133 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government , after consultation with the Central Seed Committee , hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture number referred to in column (3 ) of the table below by omitting from the respective notification the variety of seeds mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the table , namcly :-
