Kashmir Long-1
and expedient to regulate the quality of the seeds of the varieties specified in column (2) of the Table below of the kinds specified in corresponding entries in the column (3) of the said Table to be sold for the purpose of agriculture, hereby declares that the said varieties of seeds shall be the notified varieties for a period of fifteen years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, or as the Central Government may otherwise notify, for the whole of India for the purpose of the said Act, namely :—
