का. आ. 1151 ( अ) निर्यात और आयात नीति के पैरा- 4.11 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार, एतद्वारा 1-6-2000 से 31-3-2001 की अवधि हेतु शुल्क वापसी की समग्र उद्योग दर निम्नानुसार घोषित करते हैं:-
मद का विवरण थोकचाय
शुल्क वापसीकी दर 2 रुपए प्रति कि.
आवंटन सभी उत्पाद शुल्क यह दर केवल उन मामलों में लागू होगी जहां निर्यातोन्मुख यूनिटों और निर्यात संसाधन क्षेत्रों की यूनिटों द्वारा थोक चाय की खरीद पर उत्पाद शुल्क का भुगतान किया गया है , जिन्हें निर्याप्त और आयात नीति, 1997- 2002 के अध्याय -10 के अनुसार मान्य निर्यात माना जाएगा । इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2001 No. 39- (RE -01)/ 1997-2002
S.O. 1151 (E) . In exercise ofpowers conferred under paragraph 4.11 ofthe Export and Import Policy 1997-2002 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby announces All Industry rate of duty drawback for the period from 1-6-2000 to 31-3-2001 as under:--
Description of item Rate of Duty Drawback Allocation Bulk Tea Rs . 2/- perKg Allexcise This rate shall be applicble only in cases where excise duty has been paid on procurement of bulk tea by 100% ExportOriented Units and Units in Export Processing Zones , considered as deemed exports in terms of chapter 10ofthe Export and Import Policy 1997-2002 .
