का.आ. 1157( अ ).-केन्द्र सरकार, राजकोट मीड्स ऑयल एंड बुलियन मर्चेन्ट्स एसोसिएशन द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एसोसिएशन को 1 दिसम्बर, 2001 से 30 नवम्बर , 2006 ( दोनों दिन शामिल ) तक अगले पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मूंगफली और उसके तेल तथा तेल की खली, बिनौला, उसका तेल और तेल की खली, कपास और रिफाइंड, ब्लीच्ड, डिओडराज्ड ( आर.बी.डी. ) पामोलीन में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एसोसिएशन वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd November, 2001 S.O. 1157 (E ) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for recognition, made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act , 1952 (74 of1952) , by the Rajkot Seeds Oil andBullion Merchants Association , Rajkot, and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do, hereby grants in excrcise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a period of five years from 1st December, 2001 to 30th November , 2006 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contrcts in Groundnut, its oil and oilcake, Cotton seed, its oil and oilcake, Cotton (Kapas ) and Refined, Bleached , Deodorised (RBD) Palmolein 2.The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be givenby the Forward Markets Commission .
