SO . 1159 (E) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition , made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Rajdhanı Oils and Oilseeds Exchange Ltd , Delhi , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do, hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a further period offive years from 1st April , 2002 to 31st March, 2007 (both days inclusive) in respect offorward contracts in Gur का. आ. 1159 ( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन राजधानी आयल एंड आयल सीड्स एक्सचेंज लि. दिल्ली द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित मे भी होगा, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते उक्त एक्सचेंज को गुड़ में अग्रिम संविदाके बारे में 1 अप्रैल, 2002 से 31 मार्च , 2007 ( दोमो दिन शामिल ) तक की आगे की 5 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्याधीन दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज ऐसे निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी जो वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय -समय पर दिए जाएंगे ।
2 The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission,
