का.आ. 1173( अ ).- संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II, खंड-3 , उपखंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 20 मार्च, 1990 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 20 मार्च, 1990 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 237 (अ ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, एतद्वारा, निदेश देते हैं कि संघ राज्य क्षेत्र दमन एवं दीव तथा दादरा एवं नगर हवेली के प्रशासक के नाम से जारी किए जाने वाले सभी आदेशों तथा अन्य दस्तावेजों को दमन एवं दीव तथा दादरा एवं नगर हवेली प्रशासक के विकास आयुक्त, वित्त सचिव, सचिव ( शिक्षा ) , सचिव ( राजस्व ) , विशेष सचिव, अपर सचिव, संयुक्त सचिव , उप सचिव तथा सहायक सचिव के हस्ताक्षरों से अधिप्रमाणित कराया जाएगा ।

S.O. 1173(E) . In exercise of powers conferred by clause ( 1 ) of article 239 of the Constitution and in supersession of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 237 (E) dated the 20th March 1990, published in Part II , section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary dated 20th March, 1990, the President hereby dirccts that all orders and other instruments made in the name of the Administrator of the Union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli shall be authenticated by the signatures of the Development Commissioner , Finance Secretary, Secretary ( Education ) , Secretary (Revenue ) , Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli Administration .
