New Delhi, the 15th November, 2001
No. KP. 36(2)/86.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964{37 of 1964) and with the approval of its Board of Directors and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 namely:—
1. The Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) (2nd Amendment) Regulations, 2001.
II, They shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. The existing Regulation 48 (iv)ofme FCI (Staff) Regulations, 1971 the following shall be substituted as under:
"In Regulation 48 (iv) for the figures Rs. 10,000/-and Rs. 5,000/-,
the figures Rs. 15,000/-and Rs. 10,000/- shall be respectively be substituted."
