The Central Government hereby restricts the import of Grand parent stock of all categories of live poultry falling under Chapter Subheading 0105 of ITC (HS) Classification and orders that the import of these Grand parent stock of live poultry shall be allowed only against a Sanitary Import Permit to be issued by this Department as per the procedure laid down in the schedule annexed to this notification
