The powers conferred by Section 49 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of l963), the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby disposes of the proposal of the Mumbai Port Trust for revision of Port Dues on all vessels except Coastal Vessels as in the Order appended hereto.
