नई दिल्ली , 29 नवम्बर, 2001
का. आ. 1185 ( अ ) .-केन्द्र सरकार, राष्ट्रीय नाविक कल्याण बोर्ड नियमावली , 1963 के नियम 3 और 4 के साथ पठित वाणिज्य पोत परिवहन अधिनियम , 1958 ( 1958 का 44 ) की धारा 218की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतदद्वारा भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( नौवहन पक्ष) कीदिनांक 31 जुलाई, 2000 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 707 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्-
उक्तअधिसूचना में-
(क) क्रम सं. 1 के सामने " जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्री" शब्दोंके स्थान पर" पोत परिवहन मंत्री " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;
(ख) क्रम सं. 2 के सामने " जल भूतल परिवहन राज्य मंत्री " शब्दों के स्थान पर " पोत परिवहन राज्य मंत्री" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;
(ग ) क्रम सं. 10 के सामने " श्री बी. एम. घिलडियाल " शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर " श्री एस. हाजरा " शब्द और अक्षर प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;
(घ ) क्रम सं. 11 के सामने " कैप्टन एन. ए. हीरानन्दनी " शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर " कैप्टन ई . परेरा " शब्द और अक्षर प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;
(ङ) क्रम सं. 13 के सामने " डॉ. लियो बार्नेस " शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर " डॉ. शांति पटेल " शब्द और अक्षर प्रतिस्थापित किएजाएंगे ।

MINISTRY OF SHIPPING
(Shipping Wing) NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 29th November, 2001 S.O. 1185 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section( 1) of Section 218 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958(44 of 1958) read with rules 3 and 4 ofthe National Welfare Board for Seafarer's Rules , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Surface Transport (Shipping Wing) , No. S.O. 707 (E) dated the 31st July, 2000, namcly:-
In the said notification-
(a) against serial No. 1, for the words " Minister of Surface Transport " , the words "Minister of Shipping" shall be substituted;
(b) against serial No. 2 , for the words " Minister of State in the Ministry of Surface Transport" , the words "Minister of State in the Ministry of Shipping" shall be substituted;
(c) against serial No. 10 , for the words and letters "Shri B.M. Ghildiyal " , the words and letter "Shri S. Hajara" shall be substituted;
(d) against serial No. 11 , for the words and letters "Capt. N.A. Hiranandani " , the words and letters"Capt. E.B. Pereira " shall be substituted;
(e) against serial No. 13, for the words and letters "Dr. Leo Barnes " , the words and letters 'Dr. Shanti Patel " , shall be substituted;
