G.S.R. 875 (E) .-In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Sub - section ( 1) ( c) and ( d) of Section 8 ofMajor PortTrusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby removes Shri H.B. Chaturvedi from the Board of Kandla Port Trust . Accordingly, Sl . No 16 and entries re- lating to it in the Notification No. G.S.R. 489 (E) , dated 24-5-2000, ofthe Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry ofSurface Transport (Ports Wing) , shall be deleted.
सा.का.नि. 875 ( अ ) .- केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की चकारा 8 की उपधारा ( 1 ) (ग) और ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा कांडला पत्तन न्यास के बोर्ड से श्री एच. बी. चतुर्वेदी को हटाती है । तदनुसार, भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) कीदिनांक 24-5-2000 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 489 (अ ) में क्रम सं. 16 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि विलुप्त हो जाएंगी ।
