No. 54 (RE- 2001 ) / 1997-2002 फा. सं. 01 /91 /180/423/एएम 01 /पी सी-3.- समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित निर्यात और आयात नीति ( 31-3-2001 तक के संशोधनों सहित ) के पैरा 4.11 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित निर्यात्त और आयात मदों के आई टी सी( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 1997-2002 ( 31 अगस्त, 1998 तक के संशोधनों सहित ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं :-
F. No. 01/91 / 180 /423 / AM01 /PC - I . In exercise ofthe powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002 ( incorporating amendments made upto 31.3.2001 ) , and as amended from time to time, the following amendments may be made in the ITC(HS ) Classification of Export and Import items , 1997-2002 (incorporating amendments made upto 31st August, 1998 ) and as amended from time to time :----
2. अनुसूची-2 की तालिका ख में कॉलम 4 यानी " प्रतिबंध की प्रकृति" के तहत कोड संख्या-4101 , 4102 और 4103 के मद्दे " खाल और चमड़ा नामतः " के निर्यात से संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ जो उपर्युक्त कोड नम्बरों के कॉलम 2 में मद ( 2 ) " मत्स्य खाल और चमड़ा " से संबंधित है , को संशोधित करके निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा : -
2. The entrics against Code Nos . 4101,4102 and 4103 under the column 4 i.e. " Nature of restriction" in the Table B of the Schedule 2 relating to export of "Hides and Skin namely " in so far as it pertains to item ( ii ) in Column 2 of the aforesaid Code numbers i.e. pertainingto " Fish Hides and Skins " , is amended to read as under:
" निर्यातकों को मद संख्या ( 2 ) यानी " मत्स्य खाल और चमड़ा " के मामले में, चमड़ा निर्यात परिषद/ या एम पी ई डी ए के पास निर्यात अनुबंध पंजीकृत करवाना होगा जिसमें मूल्य और मात्रा आदि का उल्लेख करना होगा । "
"The exporters shall be required to register the export contracts indicating the price , quantity etc.with the Council for Leather Exports/ or MPEDA in case of item No. ( ii) i.e. Fish Hides and Skins . " 3. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।
