S.O. 1196 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967) , the Central Government hereby constitutes " The Unlawful Activitics ( Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Shri Justice A.D. Singh , Judge of Delhi High Court , for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Meitei Extremist Organisations of Manipur as unlawful associations .
का.आ. 1196( अ ).-विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण) अधिनियम, 1967 ( 1967 का 37 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या मैतई एक्स्ट्रीमिस्ट आर्गेनाइजेशन आफ मणिपुर को विधिविरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के पर्याप्त कारण है अथवा नहीं, एतद्वारा, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री ए.डी. सिंह की अध्यक्षता में एक " विधिविरुद्ध कार्यकलाप ( निवारण) अधिकरण" का गठन करती है ।
