सा.का.नि. 884( अ ) .-बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं को शोध्य ऋणों की वसूली अधिनियम, 1993 ( 1993 का 51 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , पुणे में ऋण वसूली अधिकरण स्थापित होने तथा इस प्रभाग के दिनांक 29 दिसम्बर, 2000 कीअधिसूचना सं. 13/ 1 / 99- डीआरटी तथा 25 मई, 2001 की अधिसूचना सं. 6/ 18/2000 - डीआरटी के अधिक्रमण के परिणामस्वरूप महाराष्ट्र राज्य में स्थापित मुम्बई ऋण वसूली अधिकरण संख्या-1, मुम्बई ऋण वसूली अधिकरण संख्या -2 , मुम्बई, ऋण वसूली अधिकरण संख्या -3, ऋण वसूली अधिकरण , औरंगाबाद, ऋण वसूली अधिकरण, नागपुर तथा ऋण वसूली अधिकरण , पुणे के क्षेत्राधिकार नीचे दी गई सारणी में दर्शाए गए अनुसार हो जाएगा ; -

G.S.R 884 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993) , the Central Government hereby notifies the establishment of the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Pune . Consequent upon establishment of the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Pune and in supersession ofthis Division's Notification No. 13/ 1 /99 -DRT dated 29th December , 2000 and notification No. 6/18/2000-DRT dated 25th May, 2001 the jurisdictions of Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No.1 , Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No.2 , Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3 , Debts Recovery Tribunal at Aurangabad, Debts Recovery Tribunal at Nagpur and Debts Recovery Tribunal at Punc set up in Maharashtra State will be as shown in the Table given below :-
