UT/ 220/ BS - 1/ 2001-2002 . -In excrcise of the powers conferred by and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 19 ( 2 ) of the Unit Trust of India General Regulations , 1964, it is notified that Shri M. R. Mayya , Chairman, Interconnected Stock Exchange of India, Navi Mumbai , who was the only candidate validly nominated by the institutions contributing to the initial capital of the Trust under clause ( d) of Sub - section (2) of Section 4 read with clause (e) of Section 10 of the Unit Trust of India Act , 1963 (52 of 1963 ) is deemed to have been elected to the Board of Trustees .
यू.टी./220/बीएस -1/2001-2002.-भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट विनियमावली , 1964 के विनियम 19 ( 2 ) के प्रावधानों के तहत प्रत्यायोजित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और इनके अनुसरण में यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि इंटरकनेक्टेड स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया, नवी मुंबई के अध्यक्ष श्री एम. आर. मेय्या, जो भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्टअधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 52 ) की धारा 10 के खण्ड (ङ) के साथ पठित्त धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( घ ) के अधीन ट्रस्ट कीआरंभिक पूंजीमें अभिदान करने वाली संस्थाओं द्वारा नामित एकमात्र वैध उम्मीदवार थे , को न्याासी मण्डल में निर्वाचित शामिल किया जाता है ।
