आ.अ. 52( अ ).- उत्तर प्रदेश पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 2000 ( 2000 का 29 ) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के पुनर्गठन द्वारा उत्तरांचल राज्य के सृजन के परिणामस्वरूप, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 - क की उपधारा ( 1 ) में अन्तर्विष्ट उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में और तारीख 26 दिसम्बर, 1997 की अधिसूचना संख्या 508/उ.प्र. / 97 और इस मामले में इसकी अनुवर्ती अधिसूचनाओं का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से, एतद्वारा नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्यसरकार के अधिकारी को, उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में उसके सामने विनिर्दिष्ट उत्तर प्रदेश राजय में उस जिले के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारीके रूप में पदाभिहित करता है :-

O.N. 52 (E ).- Conseequent upon the creation of the State of Uttaranchal by the re - organisation of the State of Uttar Pradesh in pursucance of the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Reorganisation Act , 2000 (29 of 2000 ) and of the provisions contained in sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 13 AA of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 (43 of 1950 ) , and in supersession of its notification no . 508/UP/97 dated 26th December , 1997 and subsequent/notification in the matter , the Election Commission, in consultaation with the State Government of Uttar Pradesh , hereby designates the officer of the State Government specified in column (2) of the table below as the District Election Officer of the District in the State of Uttar Pradesh specified in column ( 1 ) ofthesaid Table against such officer : -
