G.S.R. 903 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by clause ( b ) of section 2 of the Central Excise Act , 1944 read with sub -rule (3 ) ofthe Central Excise ( No 2) Rules , 2001 the Central Board of Excise and Customs appoints Shri I.R. Soni , JointChiefDepartmental Representative in the Office of the ChiefDepartmental Representative , New Delhi , as Central Excise Officer and invests him with the powers of the Commissioner of Central Excise, to be exercised throughout the territory of India , for the purpose of investigation and adjudication of the case against M/s . Chandra Industries, Jalandhar vide show notice C.No.P - 13/ 36/ 81/ 9800 dated 5-10-81 .
सा.का.नि. 903 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( सं. 2 ) नियमावली , 2001 के उप-नियम ( 3 ) के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मुख्य विभागीय प्रतिनिधि कार्यालय, नई दिल्ली में संयुक्त मुख्य विभागीय प्रतिनिधि श्री आई.आर. सोनी को केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्त करते हैं और उन्हें कारण बताओ नोटिस सी.सं. पी-13/36/81/9800 तारीख 5-10-81 के तहत मैसर्स चन्द्र इंडस्ट्रीज, जालंधर के खिलाफ मामले की जांच और न्यायनिर्णयन के प्रयोजन के लिए, भारत के पूरे राज्य क्षेत्र में प्रयोग किए जाने हेतु केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क आयुक्त की शक्तियां प्रदान करता है ।
