का.आ. 1224( अ ). पर्यावरण ( सुरक्षा ) अधिनियम, 1986 -1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय में दिनांक 19 दिसम्बर, 1996 को भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 884 ( अ) में एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है:-
S.O. 1224 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of Section ( 3 ) of the Environment (Protection ) Act , 1986 ( 29 of 1986) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India , in the Ministry of Environment and Forests number S O. 884 ( E ) dated the 19th December 1996 , namely
उक्त सूचना के पैरा 1 में उल्लिखित " पांच वर्ष " शब्दों के स्थान पर " पांच वर्ष तीन महीने " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
In the said notification in paragraph 1 , for the words "five years " , the words " five years and three months " shall be substituted .
