G.S.R. 910(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub - section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 ( 38 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby appoints Chairman, Haldıa Development Authority, Kolkata on the Board of Trustees of the Kolkata PortTrust Vice Chairman -cum -Managing Director , Dredging Corporation of India ( DCI ) as a trustee and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) GSR. No 278 (E) dated 31-3-2000
सा.का.नि. 910( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (6 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी मंडल में अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, भारतीय निकर्षण निगम के स्थान पर अध्यक्ष, हल्दिया विकास प्राधिकरण, कोलकाता को न्यासी नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 31-3-2000 की अधिसूचना सं सा.का.नि. 278 (अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 14 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टिको निम्नलिखित क्रम सं और प्रविष्टि से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्: -
2. Inthe said notification against the Serial No 14 and entry relatingthereto , the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely
"14 Chairman,

-हल्दिया विकास प्राधिकरण हल्दिया विकास कोलकाता का प्रतिनिधित्व करने
