सा.का.मि. 911 ( अ ) .- केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा 6 के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतदद्वारा कोधीन पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी मंडल में उप सचिव ( एस डी) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय के स्थान पर निदेशक (डिआइन ) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय कोन्यासी नियुक्त करती है और पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 27 फरवरी, 2001 की अधिसूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 113 (अ ) द्वारा यथा संशोधित भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष) की दिनांक 31-3-2000 की अधिसूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 280( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
G.S.R. 911 ( E). In exercise of powers conferredby sub -section ( 1 ) read with sub - section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Director (Design), Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Cochin Vice Deputy Secretary (SD ) , Ministry of Shipping as a Trustee and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministryof Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 280(E) , dated 31-3-2000 and subsequent amendment in the Notification of the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 113 (E) , dated 27th February, 2001 .
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 7 के सामने " उप सचिव ( एस डी) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय " शब्दों को " निदेशक (डिजाइन ) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय" शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
2. In the said notification against the Serial No. 7 for words "Deputy Secretary (SD ) , Ministry of Shipping " , the words"Director(Designs ) , Ministry of Shipping," shall be substituted.
