का.आ. 1246(अ). भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियम, 1975 के नियम 2 के खंड घ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्रीय सरकार उपर्युक्त नियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए एतद्द्वारा अधोलिखित तालिका के कालम 3 के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित तालिका के कालम सं. 2 में निर्दिष्ट उनसे संबंधित राज्यों के लिए चुनाव अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है:-

S.O. 1246 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 'D ' of the Rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election ) Rules . 1975 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column ( 3 ) of the table annexed here to be the Returning Officers for the purpose of the said Rule , in respect of States mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said table :- TABLE
