सं. आर. एस. 1/3/2001- एल.- राष्ट्रपति द्वारा दिया गया दिनांक 21 दिसम्बर, 2001 का निम्नलिखित आदेश आम सूचना के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है :--
"In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub- clause ( a) of clause ( 2 ) of article 85 of the Constitution , Ihereby prorogue the Rajya Sabha .
The 21st December. 2001
" संविधान के अनुच्छेद 85 के खंड ( 2 ) के उपखंड ( क) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मैं एतद्वारा राज्य सभा का सत्रावसान करता हूं ।
