New Delhi, the 20th December , 2001 सा.का.नि. 919 ( अ )- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक और अनुच्छेद 148 के खंड ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय लेखापरीक्षा और लेखा विभाग में सेवारत व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भारत के नियंत्रक और महालेखापरीक्षक से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, जम्मूऔर कश्मीर राज्य ( केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवाओं और पदों पर भर्तीके लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छूट ) आवासी नियम, 1997 को संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -
G.S.R. 919 (E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause ( 5) of article 148 of the Constitution, and after consultation with the Comptroller and Autdtor-General of India in relation to the persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department , the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Residents of the State of Jummu and Kashmir (Relaxation ofUpperAge Limit for Recruitment to Central Civil Services and Posts) Rules , 1997 , namely :--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य के आवसी ( केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवाओं और पदों पर भर्ती के लिए ऊपरी आयु- सीमा में छूट ) संशोधन नियम, 2001 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Residents ofthe State of Juminu and Kashmir (Relaxation of UpperAge Limit for Recruitment to Central Civil Servicesand Posts ) Amendment Rules , 2001 . (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. जम्मूऔर कश्मीर आवासी ( केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवाओं और पदों पर भर्ती के लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छूट ) नियम, 1997 के नियम 1 के उप नियम (3 ) में" 2001 " अंकों के स्थान पर " 2003 " अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएं ।
2. In the Residents of Jummu and Kashmir ( Relax- ation of Upper Age Limit for Recruitment to Central Civil Services and Posts) Rules, 1997, in rule 1 , in sub - rule (3 ), for the figures " 2001 " , the figures " 2003 " shall be substituted .

सा.का.नि. 826 ( अ ) द्वारा संशोधित किए गए थे ।
