S.0.1258 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Paragraphs 1.3 and 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997—2002 (incorporating amendments made upto 31-3-2001), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the "ITC(HS) 3948 GI/2001 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3 (ii)]

Classifications of Export and Import Items. 1997—2002 (incorporating amendments made upto 31st August. 1998)" and as amended from time to lime:—

In respect of Code No. 1207 relating to Niger Seeds for export to USA in Table B of Schedule-2. the name of the 'National Dairy Development Board (NDDBV appearing at S. No. 2 under Column 4 shall be substituted by 'Dhara Veg- etable Oil and Foods Company Ltd.. (DOFCO)\ at the same S.No. as one of the State Trading Enterprises for export of Niger Seeds to USA.
