8. परिवीक्षा
( iv) ( क) लिपीकीय या अधीनस्थ संवर्ग में सीधे नियुक्त कर्मचारी एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर रहेगा, जिसे नियुक्तिप्राधिकारी द्वारा छः महीने से अनधिक की अवधिके लिए बढ़ाया जा सकेगा ।
35. चन्दा
कोई भी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी सक्षम प्राधिकारी की पूर्वअनुमतिके बिना किसी भी प्रकार के उद्देश्य की पूर्तिके लिए ग्राहकों से कोई निधि बनाने या नकद या वस्तुके रूप में कोई अन्य संग्रहण करने के काम में स्वयं को शामिल नहीं करेगा या उसके लिए चन्दा स्वीकार नहीं करेगा या चन्दा नहीं मांगेगा ।

MGB/HO/P & E/1658/2001.- The following is added at their respective place in the notification dated 25th June , 2001 : -
8. Probation
(iv) (a) An employee directly appointed in Clerical orSub- ordinate Cadre shall be on probation for a period of one year which shall be extenable by the Appointing Authority for aperiod not exceeding six months.
35. Subscriptions
No officer or employee shall, except with the previous sanction or the Competent Authority, ask for or accept contributions or otherwise associate himself with the raising or any funds or other collections in cash or in kind from constituents or customers in pursuance of any objective whatsoever.
