New Delhi , the 28th December , 2001
G.S.R. 928 (E ) -In the English version of the Ministry of Shipping's Notification relating to the Kandla Port Trusts (Heads ofDepartments ) Amendment Regulations , 2001 , published in Part - II- Section -3 - Sub-section ( i ) of the Extraordinary issue of the Gazette of India dated 23rd October, 2001 , under G.S.R. 798 (E ) : ---
In the Schedule to the Recruitment Rules for the post of Chief Operation Manager in page 19 , the following shall be substituted under column 9 (In case of " recruitment by promotion/deputation/transfer, grades from which deputation/ transfer to be madc" )
"By Promotion/Transfer / Deputation : Officers holding analogous posts or with 10 years regular service in the lower post equivalent to or above Executive Engineer ( Civil )/Mechanical/Electrical/Marine Engineering (MOT 1st Class ) /Hy- draulic Engineer or Harbour Master with 3 years experience in a major Port Trust/Government or Semi-Government Department/Public Sector or Autonomous Body. (Period of deputation not to exceed ordinarily 3 years ) .
